Ooh Chile
A refreshing summer drink inspired by the classic Bramble but made with the much overlooked Pisco

Equipment
- Mixing Glass
- Muddler
- Jigger
- Rocks glass
Materials
- 50 ml Waqar Pisco
- 25 ml English Strawberry Vodka Liqueur Wilkin & Sons
- 15 ml Pure Cane Sirop Monin
- 5 Fresh Blueberries
- 2 Fresh Raspberries
- 10 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Slice Red Apple Garnish
Instructions
- Fill Mixing Glass halfway with ice
- Pour in all ingredients with the exception of the apple slice, 1 Blueberry and 1 Raspberry
- Muddle and stir for 5 minutes making sure to crush all fruits
- Pour and strain over ice (Crushed or whole) in to Rocks Glass
- Lay apple slice on top of ice and then rest 1 Blueberry and 1 Raspberry on top of slice
