Presentation is key... well at least this is what we have come to believe. This drink is not particularly "Instagrammable", even though this is a nice picture.

@ting__thai have a tiny cocktail menu, right in the middle are the words Lychee Negroni. That's pretty intriguing in itself, so that definitely had to get a spin. I was already enjoying a water from a stainless steel teapot in a water glass, and along comes my negroni... in the same water glass. Initial feeling was one of disappointment, because, well because I'm spoilt and expect fancy glassware and garnishing everywhere that I go. But with one sip, I declared F*CK THE PRESENTATION!

This is a hidden gem, a rose from concrete. The way the subtle sweetness of lychee frolicks with the bitterness off the orange and the florals of the gin (yes I just complimented gin) is just right on the money! (It's £7.20 but I would happily have paid more).

Kwai Feh lychee liqueur
Campari
Cocchi Torino
Orange peel

I what measures, who knows? But they didn't go heavy on the Kwai Feh so it's not a sweet drink.
