Jimmy's twist on the Classic Paloma made with Bruxo Mezcal No. 2

- 50 ml Bruxo Mezcal No.2 Espadin
- 50 ml Freshly Squeezed Red Grapefruit Juice
- 20 ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 10 ml Agave Syrup
- Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water Fentimans
- 1 slice Red Grapefruit
Pour first 4 ingredients into you mixing glass
Add about half a mixing glass of ice cubes
Stir for 1 to 2 minutes
Fill Highball glass 3/4 with ice cubes
Strain contents of mixing glass into highball glass
Top with Pink Grapefruit tonic water
Garnish rim with grapefruit slice
