Mezcal Paloma
Jimmy's twist on the Classic Paloma made with Bruxo Mezcal No. 2
Equipment
- Mixing Glass
- Bar Spoon
- High Ball Glass
Ingredients
- 50 ml Bruxo Mezcal No.2 - Espadin
- 50 ml Freshly Squeezed Red Grapefruit Juice
- 20 ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 10 ml Agave Syrup
- Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water - Fentimans
- 1 slice Red Grapefruit
Instructions
- Pour first 4 ingredients into you mixing glass
- Add about half a mixing glass of ice cubes
- Stir for 1 to 2 minutes
- Fill Highball glass 3/4 with ice cubes
- Strain contents of mixing glass into highball glass
- Top with Pink Grapefruit tonic water
- Garnish rim with grapefruit slice
